2.1 Booking Process

• Online Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or by visiting our spa locations.
• Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once we have received your details and have verified availability.
• Advance Notice: We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance, but we also welcome walk-in clients based on availability.

2.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-Show: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a 100% charge of the service value.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost.

2.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. The full service fee will still apply.

3. Services and Pricing

3.1 Service Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe all our services on our website. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions, pricing, or other content on our website are complete, current, or error-free. All services are subject to availability.

3.2 Pricing

• Prices: All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

4.2 Conduct

• All clients are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients.
• Any inappropriate, aggressive, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
