2. Bookings and Appointments

2.1 Booking Process

• Online Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or by visiting our spa locations. Our online booking system is available 24/7 for your convenience.
• Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once we have received your details and have verified availability. You will receive a confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
• Advance Notice: We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. However, we also welcome walk-in clients based on therapist availability.
• Group Bookings: For group bookings of 3 or more people, please contact us directly to arrange the booking and ensure we can accommodate your group.

2.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This fee covers the therapist's time and the opportunity cost of the booking.
• No-Show: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a 100% charge of the service value. No-shows are disruptive to our schedule and unfair to other clients.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost, subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time.

2.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. The full service fee will still apply. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and relax before your treatment.

3. Services and Pricing

3.1 Service Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe all our services on our website, including detailed information about each massage type, its benefits, and what to expect during the session. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions, pricing, or other content on our website are complete, current, or error-free. All services are subject to availability and may vary slightly by location.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, in accordance with applicable laws.

3.2 Pricing

• Prices: All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary by location, and we recommend checking the specific pricing for your preferred branch.
• Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We strive to keep our pricing fair and competitive.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile banking.
• Discounts and Promotions: Any discounts or promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be combined with other offers.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Health and Safety

• You should not attend a session if you have a contagious illness or skin condition. This is for your safety and the safety of our therapists and other clients.
• Pregnant clients should inform us before booking, as some treatments and massage techniques are not suitable during pregnancy. We offer specially adapted pregnancy massages for expecting mothers.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information to ensure your safety during treatments.

4.2 Conduct

• All clients are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients. We maintain a professional and welcoming environment for everyone.
• Any inappropriate, aggressive, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. This includes verbal abuse, harassment, or any form of discrimination.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our conduct policy or poses a risk to our staff or other clients.

5. Gift Vouchers and Packages

5.1 Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are available for purchase and can be redeemed for any of our services. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be transferred to another person with our consent.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please keep your voucher details safe.

5.2 Packages

• Our spa packages offer discounted rates for bundled services. Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person with our consent.
• We reserve the right to modify package offerings at any time without prior notice.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments must be made in full at the time of service. We do not offer credit or installment payment options. If you have any concerns about payment, please discuss them with our staff before your appointment.

6.2 Refunds

• No refunds will be given for services that have already been partially or fully rendered.
